Here's a round up of the most frequently asked questions we've received during these first few days of Public Beta. We wanted to share as we move closer to pushing new improvements and bug fixes to the application.

Can you please add my favorite game to the list of titles?
We are currently working on adding more titles to Partie, which includes reviewing community suggestions to date. We’ll keep you updated!
I changed my username but my name is still the default one on my profile. How do I change it to show my username across the app?
Proceed to the edit profile menu and simply change your display name to your new username so they match. You can always change it if you’d like.
Where do I download the Partie desktop application?
We have a downloadable desktop app available at https://download.partie.com.
When’s your mobile application coming out?
We will be rolling out Partie for iOS and Android in the very near future. Currently, we are mobile browser compatible if you'd like to use and enjoy Partie on your mobile device in the meantime.
Why do my Partie requests seem to expire?
If a user requested to join another Partie in tandem with yours and ended up being accepted into any of those Parties as a result, then the request may show as expired. We’re cross-referencing all reported cases of this to see if any bugs are partially to blame.
I found a bug that isn’t in the “Known Issues & Improvements” article. What do I do?

How do I disable email notifications?
To disable email notifications go to your Account tab → Notifications Manager.
How do I delete my account?
Please submit a ticket over at https://partie.zendesk.com/hc/en-us via our Help Chat. Include your email address and username.
